   6. Your physical or electronic signature.

   Counter-Notification

   If you believe that the material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must be in writing and include the following information:

   1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
   2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
   3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
   4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
   5. Your physical or electronic signature.

   How to Submit a Counter-Notification

   You may submit your counter-notification to our designated agent by sending an email to:

   Repeat Infringers

   In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

   Modifications

   We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date of the updated policy will be indicated at the top of the page.
