Can I travel alone or with a group?
It is up to the individual if they want to travel alone or with a group – however, you must make arrangements for a visa and accommodation through an authentic agent.
Can I plan a stopover in another country with my Umrah trip?
Yes, by paying extra, you can avail this service through Saudi Arabian Airlines to different destinations like Africa, the Middle East, the Far East, and several countries in Asia. A few other airlines, such as Emirates, Etihad, Turkish Airlines, Qatar Airways, Gulf Air, Egypt Air, and Royal Jordanian, also offer onward trips and stopovers. Still, if you plan a trip before Umrah, you need to enter the Kingdom within one month from the visa issue date.

Is vaccination required before going for Umrah?
Yes. It is required for Umrah. It is included in the Umrah and Hajj requirements.
What are the required documents?

How is the seating arrangement in flight if the couple is traveling with a baby?
If the couple has a baby with them, it is best to request a bassinet beforehand. You can contact us for it, but we can only request the airline; the seat will be provided as per availability.
How much is a full Umrah package in Pakistan?
The cost of a full Umrah package in Pakistan depends on the airline, hotel, and services included. On average, packages start from PKR 200,000 and can go up to PKR 500,000 or more. Prices vary based on travel class, hotel quality, and season. It’s best to check with a trusted travel agency for the latest rates and special offers.
Can I travel if I am not feeling well?
Before Umrah, besides carrying a few over-the-counter medications like painkillers and antiallergics, sick people must be careful. Anyone with chronic diseases should visit their medical team prior to planning their trip, get fully examined, and carry their medical reports of their current health status. Also, they should get the essential vaccinations, if need be, much ahead of time. They need to carry enough supplies of their medications with proper storage so that the medications are not exposed to excessive heat and direct sunlight.
When is the ideal time to go for Umrah?
From the 1st of Muharram until about the middle of Zulkaedah is the best time.
How much time period is required between booking and date of travel?
For visa authorization, visa processing, and the necessary accommodation, flight reservations, and confirmations, minimum of 21 days are required.
Can I get an umrah visa more than once a year?
There are no restrictions on the number of times that you can apply for an umrah visa according to the new system, but you have to adhere to the criteria for an umrah visa.
Can a lady travel by herself?
According to the Saudi government and Shariah too, a woman must travel with a lawful mahram (close male relative), i.e., father, son, brother, grandson, maternal or paternal uncle, grandfather, nephew, father-in-law, and son-in-law.
Will I have a guide for Umrah?
Yes, you can opt for a guide during Umrah.
What transport should I use to travel between Makkah and Madinah?
The Saudi Arabian Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) offers an hourly paid service of air-conditioned coaches between Makkah and Madina. It is available throughout the day. The other alternative can be a cab that you can hire. For convenience, the coach stations are within walking distance from Haram.
